I hope the next place I go, is a better place. I feel pain for leaving my comfort zone, but there are too many other factors, which led to this decision. And since the decision is made, I shall not look back. I can only hope for the best. (:

I had recently re-download a show titled <1 litre="litre" of="of" tears="tears"> when I chanced upon it in the PPS app. It makes me reflect on how life can be so fragile, and anything could happen to anyone, anytime.

The film was a story of a 15 year old girl, who was diagnosed with a degenerative disease - spinocerebellar degeneration. It is a disease which affect the nerve system, thus resulting in lost of muscle control, despite retaining mental ability. The film shows how she cope with life despite many obstacle, with the encouragement from friends and family members.

Just like the title of the show, I was crying at almost every scene. It is heart wrenching, but at the same time, very touching to see a person braving through without any complains.

It is a great film for the knowledge of such disease, and to feel how lucky we are, to be alive.

I passed my IELTS with a band score 7! I thought I would had fare quite badly, because I am weak in the writing component. Also, I felt that I appeared to be not confident in front of the examiner during the speaking test, but, thank goodness! I did far better than I expected myself to do. *pat myself at the back*

6th sept, it's Teachers' Day celebration, and I love this day, because I can see how much I am being appreciated by the children and parents.


This kid was such a sweetheart! About 2 months ago, he saw my water bottle leaking, and asked me why was it leaking. I told him that my bottle was spoilt, when I dropped it on the floor accidentally. He remembered it, and went home to his mother, saying that he needs money to buy a new bottle for me! He is a lovely kid. ☺

Anyway, this is my second time celebrating Teachers' Day as a teacher, I feel honored that parents in my centre appreciate whatever the teachers are doing, and gave their utmost support all the time.

7th sept is the actual Teachers' Day, and all the teachers in the centre went for a day trip to Batam! Spot a sailing ship in Singapore's water, and I thought it looked so cool!!


Anyway, back the topic. I was expecting very bad haze, but thank goodness, the weather was pretty good, although looks a little hazy, but at least I can't smell the haze, which always irritates me. I had an awesome time with the teachers, although we are all tired by the time we came back to SG, but we had a great time.

Gonna meet boyfriend later, and I love meeting up with him! 😁

My outfit of the day is a clothe which I bought from hk 4yrs ago! Wearing it only the first time. 😖 It was buried in the deepest corner of my wardrobe until I cleared the unwanted clothes on Wednesday.

Sigh. I typed a long post, but more than half of the number of words went disappeared when I changed the viewing mode. There goes my mood to write. I shall end the post by summarizing instead.

- met up with friends, and we chatted alot, had a good laugh, and was totally relaxing.
- shopped alot, walked alot!
- bought a top, not anything glamorous, but nice enough to wear for my work, at a steal, $15 (original
price, $49)
- bought a solid perfume, didn't know it's existence until today, even though it existed for centuries.
- bought birthday gifts
- spent $100 on the first day of the month, big SIGH.
